Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Sri Poojya Collections as soon as possible after placing the order.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests received before an order is dispatched may generally be considered, subject to the current processing status of the order.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. The customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery, if the product is eligible for return.

3. Refund After Cancellation

For an approved cancellation where payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment provider and banking processing timelines.
